Give our kids program a try!
It is imperative that kids learn striking strategies, foot work, along with head and body movement. In the first 15 - 25 minutes of class, we'll focus on developing your child's coordination, balance, speed, and understanding of strikes and strike combinations.
Traditional martial arts place a high emphasis on the details of a technique while Krav Maga is more concerned with function over form. Krav Maga seeks to expose the importance of training for real life self defense situations. Practicality and common sense lead the way.
While our main focus is to stay on our feet and to get up from the ground as quickly as possible, ground work is nonetheless an essential part of any effective defensive system. Krav Maga addresses both the combative and 'control' aspects of Ground Work.
